Committing Our Words

Hopefully in our time together over the past few weeks, we have experienced enough to begin to have some thoughts about how we might choose and use our words with more intention. Are you up for the challenge? Are you willing to get curious about how what you say affects yourslef and the people and environemnt around you? Take some time to pick one or two ways you want to stop using your words and one or two ways youwant to start.

Reflection Question
What is one thing you want to stop doing with your words? (Complaining, criticizing, gossiping)
What is one thing you want to start doing with your words? (Expressing gratitude, blessing, speaking the truth in love)

Prayer
God, I commit to experimenting with the intentionality of my words. As i practice, help me see myself as you see me - a work in progrsee deserving of patinece and love.)
