Last week, we reflected on the source of our strength—remembering that strength for the long way begins not with effort, but with God’s presence and belovedness.
This morning, we turn gently toward strength we practice.
Not practices meant to perfect us, but practices that help us stay aligned with the love and presence that already hold us—especially when life feels demanding or uncertain.
This is not about trying harder.
It’s about learning how to return, again and again, to what gives us life.
