Rev. Jason Fairbanks came to First Congregational Church of Lake Worth as pastor in 2007 after spending the previous three years serving First Congregational Church of Fort Pierce as pastor. For the previous nine years, Jason participated in the life and ministry of First Congregational Church of Lake Worth as a member. Jason also serves the community through his full-time job as an interfaith chaplain with VITAS Innovative Hospice Care, Inc.

His mission is to invite as many people as possible into a life-changing relationship with a God of love who accepts them as they are and wants them to become everything they were created to be. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife, Trish, and son, Emerson.

Bruce Linser has been the Director of Music since 2005. In addition, he is an award-winning actor and director, teaches acting and musical theatre performance at Lynn University, and is the manager of The Dramaworkshop, the new play development wing of Palm Beach Dramaworks.
Theatrically Bruce has performed Off-Broadway in New York City, regionally in California, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, and internationally aboard SilverSea and Crystal cruise lines. Locally he has appeared at Arts Garage, Caldwell Theatre Company, FAU Festival Rep, Florida Stage, GableStage, Island City Stage, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, New Theatre, Palm Beach Dramaworks, Theatre Lab, Take Heed Theater Company, and The Wick Theatre. He is also an accomplished pianist and singer.
